From Hopkins Medical Campus or Shot Tower/Market Place, take the metro outbound (towards Owings Mills).

From all other locations, take the metro inbound (towards Johns Hopkins Hospital).

Get off at the Charles Center stop.
Once in the station, take the Charles Street exit
Come out, and cross Charles Street to the World Relief Building.
