Our Vision

Our Vision is to reach the unchurched in our local communities ((Matt 28:19-20, Acts 1:8, Luke 5), through the power of the Holy Spirit (John 16:7-10, 2 Thess 1:11, 2 Tim 1:8) as growing disciples of Jesus Christ (Col 1:10-11).

Our Mission

Outreach

We believe that there is nothing more imperative for our community than fulfilling the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ. We commit ourselves to building the Kingdom of God - not only as individuals but also as a community. As we live out our lives devoted to Christ, we believe that others will see the presence and love of God through our community.

Church Planting

We believe that growing God's Kingdom cannot be sustained without the work and support of local churches. For this reason, we believe that every local community needs churches that will meet the needs of the people of that community - of all different backgrounds. Church planting is essential to the work of sustaining the work of God's Kingdom in each community and meeting the needs of the people. We seek to continually build God's Kingdom through the planting of churches in many local communities.

Expansion

We are committed to expanding God's Kingdom through planting of new churches and meeting the physical and spiritual needs of people today. Through meaningful relationships that establish new communities of God, we strive to make known Christ's message of truth and hope to every person. We devote ourselves to the commission of introducing Christ to any and all persons who seeks to know Him.

What We Believe

The Scriptures

We believe that the original writing of the Holy Scriptures, including the 39 books of the Old Testament and the 27 books of the New Testament, is the inspired Word of God and without error. We believe it is an essential record of God's self-disclosure to humanity. Through the Scriptures we are led to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ and it is the final authority, rule, and guide for all believers in Jesus Christ and for His Church.

The Triune God

We believe in one living and true God: infinite, perfectly holy, eternal, and almighty. In the unity of the Godhead, there are three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and yet these three are one God and equal in every divine perfection.

Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is God's only begotten Son and is fully God and fully man. He was supernaturally conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. By His death on the Cross in our place for our sins, He revealed God's love, upheld His divine justice, reconciled us to God and redeemed us from sin. The third day He arose bodily from the grave, ascended into heaven where, at the right hand of God, He intercedes for His people. He is the Head of the Church and Lord over all.

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the Third Divine Person of the Godhead. His ministry is to glorify the Son, convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He bears witness to the truth, the Gospel, by which He persuades us to repent of our sins and confess Jesus as Lord. He also indwells within the regenerate, and baptizes, seals, and empowers us for godly living and kingdom work.

Man

We believe that man was created in the image of God that man might have fellowship with Him. Tempted by Satan, man sinned against God. being separated from God, he became subject to God's wrath, inwardly depraved, and incapable of returning the God. Fallen, lost, and without hope, man can only receive salvation in Christ.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is provided solely by His grace and only through faith in Jesus Christ apart from human merit, words, or ceremonies.

Sanctification

We believe that the Third Person of the Godhead, the Holy Spirit, plays the personal and vital role in our sanctification and seeks to produce His fruit in us as we are conformed to the image of Christ. In the process of being conformed in the image of Christ, we grow in the knowledge of the Lord, freely keep His commandments, and endeavor to glorify our Father who is in heaven.

Ordinances

We believe that there are two church ordinances: water baptism, which is a public identification of the believer with Christ, and the Lord's Supper, which is the commemoration of the atoning death of our Lord Jesus Christ until He comes.

The Church

We believe that the church is the spiritual body of Christ, of which He is the head. We believe there is a two-fold aspect to the church: the church universal and the local church. The church universal is made up of those who have become genuine believers of Christ and have personally appropriated the gospel. All members of the church universal are to be committed members of a local church. The local church is where God's people can receive pastoral care, discipleship, and the opportunity to use their God-given spiritual gifts and talents in its service in relation to one another and the world. Overall, the church universal and local exist to worship and glorify God.

The Consummation

We believe in the consummation of all things which includes the visible, personal and imminent return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, the divine judgment, the rapture of all believers alive in Christ, and the fulfillment of Christ's kingdom in the new heaven and the new earth. In the end, the eager expectation of creation will proclaim the glory of God who makes all things new.
