Lead Pastor of Grace Life Baltimore and Grace Life Stepping Stone
Pastor Roger, or "PR" as he is affectionately known, is the Lead Pastor for both the Grace Life Baltimore and Grace Life Stepping Stone. He spent his formative years growing up in Colorado Springs in the shadows of the Rocky Mountains. Big dreams for a future in medicine led him east to the Johns Hopkins University but God had even greater plans in store as Pastor Roger accepted Christ into his life during his sophomore year. As he followed God's call into ministry, he received his Masters in Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and met his wife, Ann, during his years of ministry in Chicago. He gained valuable experience serving in youth and college ministry for seven years before receiving the call to start Grace Life Church in Baltimore.
His passion, experience and vision in building Grace Life has made Pastor Roger an actively sought out coach for other potential church planters in the area. In his spare time, Pastor Roger enjoys running, mountain biking, and vacationing with his wife, Ann and their four boys.

Grace Life Stepping Stone, Associate Pastor
Pastor Judie moved to the states at the age of 7. Her most memorable instance from her childhood is discovering (and loving) pop music in fifth grade. She received Christ during junior high school but fully committed her life to Jesus during her sophomore year in high school. She was an undergraduate at MIT and completed her masters at Johns Hopkins before pursuing her calling into full-time ministry. She received her Master's in Divinity from Biblical Theological Seminary and serves as a college pastor for Stepping Stone Ministry at Johns Hopkins. She recently married Pastor Dan.
Her favorite activities include singing, reading and listening to music. She also enjoys her time with her husband, Dan.

Grace Life Baltimore, Pastor of Community Formation
Pastor Dan was born in Chicago but was raised in Philadelphia suburbs. His great joy during his childhood years was watching movies late into the night. He attended school at Penn State University and after he received his degree in Speech Communication, he returned to Philadelphia to study law. During this time in law school, Dan began to really understand the radical nature of God's love and grace for the first time and it made an extreme impact on his life. Midway through law school, sensing that God wanted to use his life and prior experiences to communicate to others about the reality of the Christian faith, he felt a pull in his heart to serve the Lord in fulltime ministry. He received his Masters in Divinity from Biblical Theological Seminary. He served in churches in the Philadelphia area before joining our pastoral staff team.
Some of his interests include all Philadelphia sports, good movies (and cheesy ones, too), and connecting to others through stimulating conversation. After God, his greatest passion in life is for his wife, Judie.
