Lead Pastor of Grace Life Baltimore and Grace Life Stepping Stone
Pastor Roger, or "PR" as he is affectionately known, is the Lead Pastor for both the Grace Life Baltimore and Grace Life Stepping Stone. He spent his formative years growing up in Colorado Springs in the shadows of the Rocky Mountains. Big dreams for a future in medicine led him east to the Johns Hopkins University but God had even greater plans in store as Pastor Roger accepted Christ into his life during his sophomore year. As he followed God's call into ministry, he received his Masters in Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and met his wife, Ann, during his years of ministry in Chicago. He gained valuable experience serving in youth and college ministry for seven years before receiving the call to start Grace Life Church in Baltimore.
His passion, experience and vision in building Grace Life has made Pastor Roger an actively sought out coach for other potential church planters in the area. In his spare time, Pastor Roger enjoys running, mountain biking, and vacationing with his wife, Ann and their four boys.

Kristi Dusek grew up in rural Louisiana on a small farm next to Old Man River (the Mighty Mississippi). She came to Baltimore for college, and graduated Johns Hopkins with an undergrad degree in Public Health. A couple years later, she found herself in school again, and got more degrees in Professional Cooking and Baking and Culinary Management from culinary school. She finally completed her mind/body/spirit triumvirate by getting her MDiv from Biblical Theological Seminary.
Splitting her work-week between an artisanal pastry shop and Grace Life, Kristi has served wherever she is needed at any of the churches, but is currently co-leading Grace Life Stepping Stone with Phil Yang. Kristi has been a part of every Grace Life churchplant so far, and marvels in the passion God has given her for the local body and its place in the Kingdom at large.
Kristi loves meeting people and spending time with folks in general, and can coax a life story out of most anyone. She loves good stories, whether in written or movie form, has a hawkeye for grammar, and appreciates a good turn of phrase. She wears enough red clothes to run a red load of laundry regularly and has a hard time turning down the microphone in Rock Band.
