Community Groups are a great avenue to connect with our church body. These are groups that meet weekly for food, relationship-building, encouragement, growth, and prayer. Our prayer is that you will find a safe place to be yourself with people who you can share life with. Currently, we have groups in Howard County and Baltimore City. Email community@gracelifechurch.com to get more information and join a group.
Becoming a member of Grace Life Church is a way of saying, "I want to make this church my home. I want to commit to this church, and I want this church to commit to me." If you're interested in exploring this, the first step would be to attend a memberhsip class. We hold these classes a few times a year, and they cover the history, the values, and the structure of our church. If you have any questions, this is also a great place to ask them as well. Contact membership@gracelifechurch.com to learn more.
Everybody is at various levels of commitment in their spiritual journey and walk with the Lord. We do not fit nicely on a vertical hierarchy of maturity and knowledge of God. Nevertheless, we believe that there are major points on this spectrum that can serve as markers to the progress that one is making in their spiritual journey.
We have multiple approaches that are structured for people to join in on the mission that God has for them, but one of the main ways we offer opportunities for growth is through semi-regular modules and workshops around different topics: Bible study, parenting, faith and work, etc.
The gospel is not just something to believe, but it is something to be lived out. God calls us to love and serve those around us in our homes, neighborhoods, workplaces and communities.
When we serve, God uses these different ministry opportunities to further develop our character and to experience the Holy Spirit. As a church family, there's a part and role for everyone to participate and use their gifts. Get involved by filling out this Google form.
