Our Vision

We believe that God has made all things new, but creation is still groaning in the present. In other words, we have not yet arrived. We are all works in progress. Therefore, we strive to run this race laid out before us with endurance.

We believe that all of life is discipleship. Our aim at the end of the day is not to be moral, or to be happy, or to be comfortable. It is to know Jesus and to be like Jesus. And we do this not with unsustainable spurts, where we rely solely on experiential highs, but we do this with long-term perseverance.

We believe that God didn't just save individuals—he saved a community. Therefore, we resist the modern age's trends of compartmentalization and segregation, and we live out a holistically integrated lifestyle. We embody generosity and hospitality (integrating “our stuff” with “their stuff”), we dialogue about our faith honestly (integrating our private thoughts with our public theology), and we build bridges across divides (integrating our church lives with our secular lives).
